Homeowner Rated Program

Dealers who display the HR Gold™ emblem are indicating that their "homeowner rating" has attained a benchmark standard; an indication of high quality workmanship. Like Homeowner Rated™, the HR Gold™ rating is compiled from warranty registration questionnaires (Homeowner's Transferable Limited Warranty™) on jobs completed in recent months and is displayed in a monthly updated certificate. Dealers are provided with copies of their certificates and those certificates are also visible on this site through the dealer finder. To achieve HR Gold™ status, the dealer's three primary scores must exceed the scores listed on the sample certificate below.
